1. The Peter J. Sharp Foundation is a private nonprofit based in New York City that has donated to many cultural and educational institutions in the city. Established in 2001, the foundation was created in memory of the late hotelier, real estate developer and philanthropist Peter Jay Sharp, who served on the boards of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Juilliard School, Lincoln Center and many more.
2. The New York Community Trust is a foundation serving the city with competitive grants that support programs that improve the lives of all New Yorkers, with an emphasis on promoting healthy lives, promising futures and thriving communities. The initiatives the trust supports run the gamut from helping young people in poor neighborhoods to promoting equity in the arts and from making our environment healthier to improving public schools.
3. The Citi Foundation works to promote economic progress and improve the lives of people in low-income communities around the world. Based in New York City, it reviews proposals by invitation only from organizations with demonstrated successes in its outlined focus areas, specifically efforts that increase financial inclusion; catalyze job opportunities for youth; and reimagine approaches to building economically vibrant cities.
4. Lambert Development LLC is a privately-owned full service real estate company founded in 2000 and based in New York City. The company is known for its experience in developing luxury condominiums, mixed-use retail/loft properties and commercial properties and for its expertise in the renovation of historic sites.
