As mentioned in the Friday email, Spring Break, which was scheduled to begin Thursday April 9th and end Friday April 17th, has been cancelled in order to continue remote learning. BCS has created an alternate schedule for this time and it is as follows:
Thursday 4/9: K-2 teachers will email review work for students based on content that has been taught thus far during remote learning. 3-5 teachers will upload review work onto Google Classroom based on content that has been taught thus far during remote learning. Teachers will be available from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. to answer any questions. Daily phone calls will not be made.
Friday 4/10: All Grades – Arts Day. Students will view videos posted by Ms. Nzingha and Baba-O. Virtual Trips and other activities will be assigned for each grade. Teachers will be available from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. to answer any questions. Daily phone calls will not be made.
Monday 4/13 & Tuesday 4/14: All Grades – Remote learning the way it normally has been – videos; assignments; phone calls from teachers.
Wednesday 4/15: All Grades – Arts Day. Students will view videos posted by Ms. Nzingha and Baba-O. Virtual Trips and other activities will be assigned for each grade. Teachers will be available from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. to answer any questions. Daily phone calls will not be made.
